UMass moved to 13-4 for the second year in a row to equal its best start the 1995-96 season when UMass began the season 26-0.

Ricky Harris continues to score in double-figures in every game as he netted 24. Harris had his 10th game with 20 or more points this season and fourth in a row. He is averaging 24.0 points over the last four games.

Coming off the bench for the second game in a row, Etienne Brower scored in double-figures in as many games with 14. It was his 11th game with 10 or more points this season and 25th of his career.

Brower connected on 3-of-5 from 3-point range giving him 6-of-10 in the last two games after making just 4-of-37 spanning nine games.

Brower tied his career-high with 10 rebounds, for the fifth time in his career. It was his first double-double at UMass and third of his career with two coming at BU.

Dante Milligan started for the second game in a row and scored in double-figures for the second game in a row as he finished with 15. He set a career-high with 11 made free throws. He also attempted a career-best 14.

Milligan played a career-high 27 minutes and had a career-high four assists. His most minutes previously was 25 vs. Yale this season. He had handed out three assists two games ago vs. Saint Joseph's.

Freshman Gary Correia made his first two free throws in 14 games to seal the win with 35 seconds remaining.

Gary Forbes scored in double-figures for the 21st game in a row including all 17 this season with 15.

Luke Bonner drew two charges to give him 12 on the season. Dante Milligan also drew a charge in the first half, his first this year.

Sedale Jones saw playing time for the third time this season, playing three minutes in the first half as a defensive stopper.
