Appeared in all 32 games as the primary backup at center behind all-district choice Cady Lalanne ... Finished with single-season career highs in points (43), field goals made (20), field goal percentage (.741), steals (3) and minutes (291, 9.1) ... He also averaged 1.3 rebounds per game ... All 20 field goals made came on layups (10), dunks (9) and tip-ins (1) ... Established career highs in points (6) and field goals (3-for-3) against both Northeastern (11/26/14) and FGCU (12/7/14) ... Pulled down a season-high four rebounds four times - vs. Florida State (11/23/14), at Harvard (11/29/14), at Saint Louis (1/31/15) and at George Washington (3/7/15) ... Bergantino was a four-year letterwinner at Nature Coast Technical High School in Brooksville, Fla. ... He averaged 17.2 points, 13.5 rebounds and 5.7 blocks per contest for Sharks, while leading the team to a 29-2 record and the Class 5A State Semifinals as a senior in 2011-12 ... Finished his career as the school's all-time leading scorer (1,150 entering senior year) ... Led Hernando County with 17.9 points, 12.5 rebounds and 4.8 blocks per game as a junior ... That followed up a sophomore season in 2009-10 in which he averaged 14.5 points, 10.9 rebounds and 5.2 blocks ...
