• Has earned a reputation as a gritty, tough defensive player early on in first college season.
• Played in 28 games (starting 12 times), averaging 4.6 points and 3.6 rebounds in 17.4 minutes.
• Has started his last 11 games played in a row.
• Played great defense in A-10 First Round win at Charlotte (3/9). Had five points, four rebounds and four assists in win.
• Equaled career-high with 12 points, making career-best five field goals in dramatic win over Rhode Island (3/6).
• In career-best 34 minutes at Rhode Island (2/6) had a stat-stuffer with six points, eight rebounds, four assists.
• Career-high 12 points including career-best 5-of-6 on free throws in start vs. Xavier (2/3).
• Great all-around effort vs. Charlotte (1/30). Four points, four steals, three rebounds and three steals.
• Second-career start at Saint Joseph's (1/27), had one field goal in win.

• In career-high 27 minutes, scored seven points and added five rebounds at Richmond (1/13).
• Sat out two two A-10 games vs. Fordham (1/6) and La Salle (1/10) with a groin/hip injury.
• First-career game with double-figure rebounds, grabbing 10 boards in just 11 minutes vs. Grambling State (12/11), also had six points.
• Eight points in the second half at Seton Hall (12/7) making both 3-point attempts.
• First-career slam dunk was part of four points in 11 minutes at Holy Cross (12/5).
• Tallied six points and three rebounds in 13 minutes vs. #2 Michigan State (11/28) in Legends Classic.
• In just eight minutes, scored five points and grabbed three offensive rebounds vs. St. Francis (11/24).
• Scored two points, grabbed four rebounds and handed out two assists vs. Arkansas-Fort Smith (11/21) in Legends.
• Made college debut at UCF (11/13), played 15 minutes and scored nine points while grabbing five rebounds.
BEFORE UMASS: Played at Riverdale Baptist School... As a sophomore, Farrell was named Honorable Mention All-Met by the Washington Post in 2007 while he played for Bishop Ireton ... Junior year averaged 12.0 points and 3.0 rebounds per game... Named to the NACA 2008 Boys Division | All-Tournament Team in Dayton, Ohio...Played in AAU basketball with the DC Assault...
