UMass' Leigh Signs With Seattle Mariners

Right-handed pitcher Bryan Leigh, who completed his collegiate career with the UMass baseball team this spring, inked a contract with the Seattle Mariners on Thursday. UMass left-handed pitcher Nick Serino signed with the Washington Nationals on Monday following his selection by the club in the Major League Baseball First Year Player Draft last Wednesday.
