AMHERST, Mass. - The UMass baseball team's home game against Connecticut, originally slated for 3 p.m. this afternoon at Earl Lorden Field, has been moved to Wednesday, April, 8, at 3 p.m., due to rain in the forecast for today. The Minutemen will be looking to avenge an 8-1 setback to the Huskies last Monday in Storrs as UConn leads the all-time series against UMass, 78-71-3.

Tomorrow evening, the Minutemen will be back in action, taking on Boston College in Brockton, Mass., in the first round of the Beanpot. The game will be broadcast live on WMUA, 91.1 FM, as UMass will look to defend its 2008 Beanpot Championship.
