Before UMass: Played third base and pitched for Kevin Stannard's Braves...Threw three no hitters as a senior while compiling a 0.97 ERA and striking out 86 batters to help propel the Braves to the Western Massachusetts Tournament...Named All Eagle Most Valuable Player, Most Valuable Player by the Umpires Association, and All North MVP...Was selected for the All Western Massachusetts team...Picked for the Baystate West Team during his junior season.
