Tami Drummond has worked in the UMass student-athlete services since 1994 first serving as an academic counselor before being promoted to an assistant director in 1997.

She is currently responsible for the student-athlete services for the men's lacrosse, women's lacrosse, tennis, track and field and men's soccer teams. She is also responsible for the Life Skills training program. She has worked in all areas of student-athlete services over her tenure at UMass.

A 1993 graduate of UMass with a bachelor's degree in Sport Management, Drummond also earned her master's degree from UMass in 1996 in Higher Education. She previously worked in various tennis programs as well as in media relations at Dartmouth College and with the AHL's Springfield Indians.

Drummond lives in Belchertown and is married to Jason, the couple has two daughters Rachel and Amber.
