Lacy Gunn begins her fifth year as an Assistant Athletic Trainer at UMass in 2010-11 after spending one year as a graduate assistant athletic trainer. Gunn's primary responsibilities are working with the women's basketball and women's tennis teams.
Prior to UMass, Gunn worked one year as an athletic training intern at Colgate University. She worked primarily with the Raiders' women's basketball, volleyball, men's and women's swimming & diving, and men's and women's rowing teams.
Gunn graduated Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Cortland in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in athletic training. While at Cortland, she worked as a student athletic trainer with the softball and field hockey teams. She also worked one season with the Cornell football team.
Gunn earned her master's degree in Kinesiology from UMass in 2009.
Gunn resides with her husband, David, in Montague.
