UMass Football Radio Show To Air From The Hangar On Monday

The weekly Bud Light UMass Football Radio Show, hosted at the Hangar Pub and Grill (55 University Drive) in Amherst, Mass., will occur tonight, Monday, Sept. 9, beginning at 7 p.m. In addition to head coach Charley Molnar, redshirt-senior offensive lineman Vincent Westcarr and sophomore defensive back Joe Colton will appear as the weekly player guests.

Maroon Musket: Offensive Line Deeper, But Still Young

Bob McGovern of the Maroon Musket has a look at the offensive line which he says is deeper than last year, but still youthful in certain areas. Outland Trophy candidate Anthony Dima along with Matt Sparks are the two returning starters, while Rutgers transfer David Osei and fifth-year senior Vincent Westcarr should provide veteran leadership as well.

Coverage From First Week Of Football Training Camp

Lots of coverage from the first week of preseason training camp. The Minutemen held their first two-a-day session on Saturday with a scrimmage during the afternoon practice.

The team had Sunday off with the exception of meetings in the afternoon and evening. UMass will hold another two-a-day on Monday as the work week begins again.
