UMass men's lacrosse traveled to Jacksonville, Fla., to participate in the Moe's Southwest Grill Classic and took a thrilling game from No. 14/9 nationally-ranked Ohio State in overtime, 12-11. Nick Mariano used the last of his four goals to secure the victory with 7.9 seconds left on the scoreboard clock at EverBank Field. Matt Whippen added three goals and an assist for four points while Jeff George notched two tallies. Zach Oliveri made 13 saves in goal and Joe Calvello won 19 of his 28 faceoffs.
