On Monday, the Denver Nuggets made qualifying offers to restricted free agents Arron Afflalo, Wilson Chandler and Gary Forbes. That offer gives Denver the right to match any offer made to these players by other teams as reported in the Denver Post.
As a rookie, Forbes was a pleasant surprise, an undrafted head-turner in training camp who made the roster and averaged 5.2 points.
