Ty Lawson made his first 10 3-pointers Saturday night and scored a career-high 37 points in leading the short-handed Denver Nuggets to a 130-106 win over the Minnesota Timberwolves. In the win, UMass alum Gary Forbes started scored 10 points, had five rebounds and handed out four assists in 34 minutes. It was his ninth start of the season and ninth game in double-figures.
