Michael Russo has a nice mention of Casey Wellman in his Minnesota Wild blog on StarTribune.com. Russo points out the fact that aggressively going after Mike Modano sets the stage for Wellman to make the team again this year. He also states that Wellman has physically developed more since being with the club and that this move could allow him to make a bigger impact with the club.
