Junior rower Emily Boucher is competing in the 2010 World Rowing Under
23 Championships in Brest, Belarus. Boucher will be racing in the
Lightweight Single Sculls event, and finished fourth in her heat with a
time of 8:08.51 on Thursday. She held close to the leaders through the
first 1000M before the eventual top-finisher from Belarus pulled away in
