More news involving alums in the coaching world. Abbey Capobianco has been named the head coach at Assumption College. After playing at Central Connecticut, she transferred to UMass in 2007 and played lacrosse as a junior and ice hockey as a senior. She has also coached for the Massachusetts Elite Lacrosse Club. A native of Framingham, Mass., Capobianco was graduated from UMass in 2009 with a bachelors in arts and humanities.
